I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
My new puppy kept trying to chase their rolling tool bag with a squeaky wheel. They didn’t mind and actually petted him while loading the boxes onto the truck.
They moved several priceless antiques for me, and I could not believe how meticulously they wrapped them. They took their time and used extra padding to ensure everything arrived in pristine shape. These folks know what they are doing.
The movers were fantastic with our children's belongings when I moved my little family to a new home. They ensured that all items were in boxes that my toddler could easily open and took special care with the nursery furnishings. When my kid wanted to show them her beloved stuffed animal, the staff was attentive and treated her belongings as though they were precious. Really reduced the stress of the relocation!

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Recommended 100%! With just a week to pack up and move across the city due to a job transfer, I was overwhelmed. But the moving crew from this company came to my rescue and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Everything was packed and delivered safely to my new place within 5 days! I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!
