I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
I was wrong to think a long-distance transfer would go smoothly with this company. My stuff was picked up in one state and delivered two days later, as promised. While driving, the driver informed me of their expected arrival time. After arriving, the staff carefully unloaded and checked everything off the inventory list. All my boxes and furniture arrived intact. Their consistency amazes me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts

They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.
This company was recommended by a friend, and now I know why. From the first call to the last box, everything went exactly as they promised. Booking was easy, pricing was clear, and the team arrived ready. All my belongings, even glass décor, made it over in mint condition. Kudos to them!
Our office needed some large pieces of furniture moved internally and some other items removed. All the movers were professional, kind and took the extra care to ensure was cared for. They did a great job in a relatively quick time.
