When I requested two changes to my moving date, the company was quite helpful. They made sure I never felt like a bother. Great customer service that is prioritized.
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
What a phenomenal experience! The team did more than they were supposed to make sure that each aspect of the move was as stress free as possible. I have a lot of glass jars and they packed every single one so well. Not a single thing broke, no not even a chip! Apparently, they value their work. These guys are good additions to your speed dial if you ever have any future moves.
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
We stored some items at the last minute. The movers promptly marked and moved the unit boxes. They packed my patio furniture, decoration items, and winter clothes with exceptional care.

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
