We had a very tight deadline for our move, and these movers came through in a clutch! They were able to schedule us on short notice and worked tirelessly to get everything loaded and unloaded within the timeframe. They maneuvered some bulky furniture through tight corners without a scratch. We were so grateful for their flexibility and hard work.
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
I relocated my home office setup, which includes two desks, a filing cabinet, and several electronic devices. I'd labeled everything, and the movers followed every instruction without needing reminders. They handled the monitors and wires with care and even helped me arrange the desks in the new space. I was back up and working the next morning. Honestly, it was one of the easiest parts of the move.
They were excellent movers. They transported my piano to my new apartment without even scratching the keys.
Since the dining table and ceramic vase collection were important to me, I was uneasy about the move. Everything was handled smoothly, however, by the movers. They prepared the fragile items by placing many layers of padding between them to avoid movement during transport. All the items came undamaged and they moved them off the truck in no time. They were very professional and I could not have wished for better service.
Our move from a 2nd floor walk-up was no joke, but the team tackled it without complaints. They maneuvered bulky furniture down narrow stairs without causing any damage to the property or items. Polite, focused, and very careful the entire time!
Recommended 100%! With just a week to pack up and move across the city due to a job transfer, I was overwhelmed. But the moving crew from this company came to my rescue and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Everything was packed and delivered safely to my new place within 5 days! I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!
