I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
When I called Regal Van Lines, Jack answered and immediately helped me feel at ease. I had to move long-distance with several fragile items, including some handmade furniture and delicate ceramics. They walked me through the process, helped with packing tips, and the movers followed through exactly as described. It felt well-organized from start to finish, and everything showed up intact. I'm so glad I trusted them with this move.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. Everyone I talked to at work was really helpful, informed, and professional. I was worried about packing and the lengthy drive from AZ to NY, but Regal Van Lines made it all go well. There was no damage or breakage.
Regal Van Lines kept the chaos under control throughout our big family's move! We assumed it would be a disaster with five children, a dog, and a ton of belongings. However, their staff relocated us quickly and effectively while keeping everything organized. Moving day was incredibly easy thanks to them!
