We moved during a heatwave, which was not ideal, but you wouldn’t have known it from the movers’ energy. They showed up early with all the necessary gear and powered through with smiles on their faces. They packed and loaded our entire 3-bedroom apartment like experts. Despite the weather, they didn’t rush through anything and even offered to reassemble our bed frames so we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor. That kind of thoughtfulness stands out!
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. With grace and efficiency, these men moved me from an apartment on the third story that did not have an elevator. Without a peep of complaint, they arrived on schedule, carefully packed all of the furniture, and carried everything downstairs.
