I contacted Regal Van Lines to help with moving my elderly parents into a senior living apartment. The crew was incredibly patient and kind, asking where things should go and making sure my parents felt comfortable during the process. Their furniture and family keepsakes were packed thoughtfully. It was a long day, but the team made it feel calm and respectful from beginning to end.
Moving a piano and a large sectional couch made my relocation challenging. The team arrived on time and started work right away. The sofa was successfully moved out the door with the help of a dolly and sturdy straps. After gently lifting the piano and padding it with a special cover, they asked me how I wanted it positioned in the new living room. They took their time, placing everything carefully, and I was amazed by how well they maintained everything.
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.

Trustworthy moving company. I received my gaming system, packed with curved TV materials. They loaded the boxes onto the truck and covered them with anti-static material, easing my concerns. To prevent damage, they carefully unloaded those items as soon as they arrived. The service seemed white-glove for my equipment. I'm thrilled.
With grace and efficiency, these men moved me from an apartment on the third story that did not have an elevator. Without a peep of complaint, they arrived on schedule, carefully packed all of the furniture, and carried everything downstairs.
