The movers disassembled my gigantic sleigh bed, and wrapped it up nicely for transport and then reassembled it with not a single screw missing. They never hurried, or became careless, and their attitude, positive as it was, turned a chore into a pleasure.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I had to move in the middle of winter during a snowstorm, and I really thought we’d have to reschedule. But the movers came prepared with tarps, towels, and covered the floors to protect against slush. They worked carefully but efficiently, and nothing got wet or damaged. I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
What set Regal Van Lines apart for me was their attention to detail. Every single box was labeled with room names, fragile stickers, and directional arrows. They stacked my belongings neatly in the truck to maximize space and reduce movement. The crew was well-coordinated, working like a pit crew at a race track, wrapping, lifting, and loading without ever getting in each other’s way. I had some awkwardly shaped furniture, but they packed it so well that nothing shifted during the drive.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
The move was fantastic and skillfully executed! The movers handled my belongings with great care, making my move much easier than I had expected.

As my children ran about, the staff was really kind and accommodating. Everyone in the family felt a little less strain because of them.
