Just a quick message to say thank you to all at Regal Van Lines. My father had to go into a care home today. Some of his items from his flat went to the care home, and the other items went back to mine. From start to finish, there was no problem. If we ever need a moving company in the future, I will 100% use them again.

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
As my children ran about, the staff was really kind and accommodating. Everyone in the family felt a little less strain because of them.
The movers used a color-coding system for boxes, matching them to rooms. They measured furniture to choose the right box size, ensuring a snug fit. For electronics, they took photos before disconnecting wires, which helped set them up again perfectly. They even kept a small bag for screws and bolts from disassembled furniture, labeling each bag.
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
My queen-size bed, dresser, and large mirror were all well cared for. They skilfully dismantled and reassembled the bed, shielding the mirror with cardboard and bubble wrap. It arrived in pristine shape.
We downsized from a big house to a small apartment, and fitting everything was a puzzle. The crew was brilliant – they carefully measured, and packed tightly without damage. Their problem-solving saved us from a headache and made the move surprisingly easy!
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
