The personnel was fantastic; they were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my possessions. They were incredibly thoughtful in every manner, even though they did not waste any time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Regal Van Lines kept the chaos under control throughout our big family's move! We assumed it would be a disaster with five children, a dog, and a ton of belongings. However, their staff relocated us quickly and effectively while keeping everything organized. Moving day was incredibly easy thanks to them!

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.

This company was recommended by a friend, and now I know why. From the first call to the last box, everything went exactly as they promised. Booking was easy, pricing was clear, and the team arrived ready. All my belongings, even glass décor, made it over in mint condition. Kudos to them!
Despite my few possessions, these men showed great consideration for them. It's rare to find movers who value each customer. Their professionalism was clear in how they handled my items. I appreciated their respect for my belongings and dedication to excellent service.
