The quality of service I experienced from this moving business really astonished me. They were well-prepared and professional.
I was hesitant to move my office since it seemed like a big job, but the company handled everything easily. They organized all their things by labeling them which made it simple to get started in their new home. I was most worried about our sensitive IT items, yet they took special care of every monitor, printer and cable. When dinnertime came, we had finished cleaning and could get back to what we were doing before.
Our move from a 2nd floor walk-up was no joke, but the team tackled it without complaints. They maneuvered bulky furniture down narrow stairs without causing any damage to the property or items. Polite, focused, and very careful the entire time!
The company needed to move its operations under a tight time constraint. Their ability to plan efficiently, together with their organizational skills, was simply outstanding. Everything was on schedule!

The movers came prepared with tools, wrapped the equipment carefully, and even helped break one piece down so it would fit. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and they didn’t leave until it was reassembled. Their attention to detail honestly exceeded my expectations.
I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.
Total lifesavers! I had one day to pack and move or risk losing my lease. I called this company out of desperation, and they showed up within hours – with boxes, tape, and enough manpower to get me packed and out before the day ended. That kind of response time is hard to find, and I’ll never hesitate to hire them for future relocations!
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
