Leaving a third-floor apartment without an elevator made me nervous about how difficult it would be. But the movers made it look simply. As they painlessly lowered everything down the stairs, they never once complained. Nothing was missing from my belongings because of how carefully they handled them. Upon arrival at my new place, they wasted no time unloading everything and even helped me arrange my stuff.

I run a small photography studio, and relocating all my camera gear, tripods, softboxes, and computers made me extremely nervous. Regal Van Lines exceeded my expectations in every way. Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space. Regal Van Lines isn’t just a moving company—they’re a logistics powerhouse that understands the unique needs of small business owners.
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
I can't recommend this moving company enough! The movers were on time, professional, and very careful with my furniture. They helped me with some furniture placement in my new home. They were a pleasure to work with!

The movers' positive attitude and calm manner alleviated some of my anxiety during the move, which is no small feat. They were very careful and even asked me how I would like the stuff stored on the vehicle.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
When I requested two changes to my moving date, the company was quite helpful. They made sure I never felt like a bother. Great customer service that is prioritized.
