I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Trustworthy moving company. I received my gaming system, packed with curved TV materials. They loaded the boxes onto the truck and covered them with anti-static material, easing my concerns. To prevent damage, they carefully unloaded those items as soon as they arrived. The service seemed white-glove for my equipment. I'm thrilled.

Three moves moved my boxed goods, glass table, large LCD TVs (boxed) and desks across town from my storage unit to my new apartment. The cost was affordable, yet this moving service was useful. They used shrink wrap and foam-lined boxes to load our modest apartment furniture, including a bookcase, stackable chairs, and a refrigerator. Clear pricing and kind service made the process stress-free.
We weren’t moving far, but we had a ton of oddly shaped furniture and vintage pieces that don’t handle well in transit. The movers we hired from this company didn’t rush through the job. They took the time to wrap everything right and maneuver it all carefully through tight doorways. The move only took a few hours, but the quality of service was far above what we’ve seen in the past. Highly recommended!
The movers were fantastic with our children's belongings when I moved my little family to a new home. They ensured that all items were in boxes that my toddler could easily open and took special care with the nursery furnishings. When my kid wanted to show them her beloved stuffed animal, the staff was attentive and treated her belongings as though they were precious. Really reduced the stress of the relocation!
