Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
Regal Van Lines kept the chaos under control throughout our big family's move! We assumed it would be a disaster with five children, a dog, and a ton of belongings. However, their staff relocated us quickly and effectively while keeping everything organized. Moving day was incredibly easy thanks to them!

I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
I had to move in the middle of winter during a snowstorm, and I really thought we’d have to reschedule. But the movers came prepared with tarps, towels, and covered the floors to protect against slush. They worked carefully but efficiently, and nothing got wet or damaged. I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
The cost was affordable, yet this moving service was useful. They used shrink wrap and foam-lined boxes to load our modest apartment furniture, including a bookcase, stackable chairs, and a refrigerator. Clear pricing and kind service made the process stress-free.
