Loved how carefully they treated my things! I had a bunch of oddly shaped, DIY furniture pieces that I was sure would confuse the movers, but they measured everything before loading, packed with custom padding, and got it all into the truck without disassembling anything. Super efficient and careful!
Although the timing was a bit off, the movers were top-notch. Their slight tardiness was bothersome, but once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently. Despite my expectation that they can enhance their scheduling in the future, I would still use them again.

My queen-size bed, dresser, and large mirror were all well cared for. They skilfully dismantled and reassembled the bed, shielding the mirror with cardboard and bubble wrap. It arrived in pristine shape.
My last-minute moving date adjustments should have been disastrous, but this company's staff was accommodating. They provided excellent service despite modifying their timetable to suit me. I appreciate their expertise and understanding!
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
I seldom write online reviews, but this company deserves it. Their workers made a stressful day run smoothly. They labeled boxes, loaded everything logically for unloading, and carefully separated breakables. It was like watching experts at work. They placed safety mats under furniture to protect my newly laid hardwood floors. Because of their attention to detail, I'll hire them again when I need movers.
