Typically, I stressed a lot while moving, but these men made it seem easy. They were well-prepared, accommodating, and transparent about costs from the start. They ensured I knew where my necessities were and packed and labeled everything neatly. Nothing was broken or missing, and delivery was on time. Perfect service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I had to move my king-sized bed and a hefty dining table that were too large for me to handle alone, even though I was only moving a few streets away. The movers arrived with a large truck and all the necessary equipment to transport everything safely. They carefully covered the furniture with plastic wrap and blankets. They assisted me with a few small items I forgot. They ensured that the furniture was arranged exactly where I wanted it in my new house and finished everything in just a few hours. The process went really well!
