DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
All my fitness equipment arrived at the new house without any problems. Because they had planned the process well and worked together closely, this part went without a hitch.
They noticed that the drawers on one of my dressers weren't locking. Instead of taping the wood tightly, they wrapped the entire piece in shrink wrap to protect it. I'm incredibly happy.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. The whole moving process went by pretty smoothly, thanks to Jack and the team. James was cool about checking the room layouts before they started shifting things around. They carefully loaded up the truck, ensuring there were no loose items to rattle. They took their time with the heavier items and made sure everything was balanced out. When we arrived, Joseph had already figured out the best spots for the furniture, saving us from figuring it out ourselves. It felt like a team that knew what they were doing.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.

They called me when they found an envelope with cash in one of my dresser drawers—talk about integrity! They set up my bed frame, plugged in my appliances, and gave me a moving checklist for my next move. This is a company that truly cares about customers.

They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
