Quick and Effortless!

On the first day, Regal Van Lines loaded all of the boxes and finished packing all of our possessions. Second day arrived on time and was finished by noon! Their output was absolutely incredible. Had to wait a while at the new address, but despite having to carry some heavy objects up three flights of stairs, I worked really hard there as well. When requested, I collected all the packaging and roughly 100 empty boxes. We cannot express our gratitude to their employees enough for helping us get through a trying couple of days.

They handled all my stuff with care

My loft had awkward beams and tons of vintage decor, so I was sure the movers would struggle. Instead, they methodically surveyed my place before lifting a single box. They used these thick blankets and foam shields around every corner to avoid gouges in the wood columns. My old metal sign collection—some of them with sharp edges—was handled with extreme caution. They loaded everything like a live-action, making use of every square inch in the truck. Unloading was just as smooth, with boxes arriving in the right rooms because they stuck color-coded labels on them all. Super organized from start to finish.

Faultless service!

I was moving out of my college dorm into my first apartment, and I didn’t have much stuff—just a mini fridge, a futon, some books, and a few suitcases. But Regal Van Lines still treated my move like it was important. The team gave me tips on packing efficiently, helped me load a few last-minute things, and secured my bike on the truck without an extra charge. Moving is stressful when you’re a student, but Regal Van Lines made it a breeze.

Do not use!!! Beware!!

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).

Happy to Hire them

I had to move my stuff out of a third-floor apartment, and the stairs were a real challenge. But the movers handled it like pros. They got everything down safely and efficiently, and it was clear they had plenty of experience with tough moves. I’m so impressed with how quickly they finished without any damage. It was honestly one of the smoothest moves I’ve had.

They did a great job from start to end

I would highly recommend working with this team.

I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
