The crew was totally prepared, very courteous, handled the challenges of a somewhat complex move without any issues at all, took good care of my belongings, and was so efficient the move was completed well over two hours earlier than the quote, costing significantly less than expected. They were amazing! They were at my place before the scheduled time which worked out great. They were very professional and took great care in the way they handled the furniture. They were quick and had all the tools they needed. I was moving from my third floor apartment to a three-story house. They moved some furniture around for me from one room to another without any hesitation at all, which was wonderful. It was a great experience with REAL TIME RELOCATION and his crew and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving and looking to hire movers and I will use them again in the future.

Ghosted and Hit with a 45% Increase at Delivery

Shipping my boxes through FedEx would have been cheaper, faster, and a better experience. I would not recommend this moving company. I had just 10 boxes and a couple barstools to move, and they contacted me offering a solid rate because they had a truck in my area. $1850. Before signing, I specifically asked whether my city address would incur additional fees. They checked my address and assured me there would be none. After pickup, I was told delivery would take two weeks. When I followed up after that deadline, I was told it would take another three weeks — and that I owed an additional $850, over 45% of my original quote. I contacted Court for an explanation and was promised an update. Since then, I've reached out daily with no response. Instead, I received an invoice demanding the additional payment, with delivery supposedly scheduled for the following day. No one will call me back or address my concerns. What should have been a simple move is now a nightmare. Totally misled and abandoned as a customer. As if moving wasn't stressful enough! I regret trusting this company with my belongings and would strongly advise others to book elsewhere.

Highly recommended!!

John and his crew were amazing. Extremely professional and moved everything in a timely manner. They also ensured that all of our furniture was safely transported and that nothing was damaged after a 2 hour drive, and even disassembled a bed frame and put it back together. Would highly recommend for moving anything!

Great Communication!!

The movers were punctual with good communication. Arrived almost at 8:00 on the dot. They took good care with pads and wrapping my furniture so nothing was broken or scratched. They brought extra supplies and boxes as well. They were consistently moving and packing. My elevator slowed us down because I could not reserve it.
