Read More Stole $2040.00 from me and never showed up. Kept calling to say they were having issues and close by. Was supposed to come the 29th didn’t show up and tried to gaslight us into thinking it was the 30th. Oh and then NEVER CAME. I’m in a different state in an EMPTY house with my stuff in my old house 2 states away and down $2k. Filing a lawsuit currently.

Avoid this company. We walked them through all our things we needed on a truck twice and they gave us an estimate. We then moved 2 large U-Haul trucks of things ourselves ... Read More Avoid this company. We walked them through all our things we needed on a truck twice and they gave us an estimate. We then moved 2 large U-Haul trucks of things ourselves so we knew we should definitely fit on their truck. We still did not fit! They were willing to bring another truck out but of course for more money. So either they are just really bad at estimating space or they just try to take your money. We now have to try and move our things on our own. Save yourself the hassle and don’t use them.

Read More My items were picked up by Mak Elite Transport LLC, on 6/30. No one can tell me where my stuff is or when it’s coming and it’s 7/17. Aside from raising the price over $4k, I have no idea where any of my stuff is and it’s impacting me greatly in more ways than one. Would like to know how or when I’m getting my belongings.

Read More Terrible experience for my daughter and her boyfriend. Belongings were loaded on 6/14 did not arrive to location (2 day drive) til 7/3. Horrible communication with no ability to track belongings with no comfort that they would ever arrive. Several times tried to overcharge. This company should be out of business.

Read More DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! We moved from Arizona to Idaho. Our belongings were in a storage facility, so everything was in boxes and bins, securely sealed, wrapped, etc. When we made arrangements with Primeline Van Lines, we gave them our inventory list, agreed upon a price and were assured that Primeline WAS NOT a BROKER!! We even called them 3 times to verify that they were a carrier-NOT A BROKER!! So we made arrangements for my husband to meet with a driver who WORKS FOR PRIMELINE and would arrive in a PRIMELINE TRUCK at the storage facility to pick up our belongings. We were also told that our belongings would be delivered within 4-7 days after pick up. So on 4/15/24 my husband goes to meet with a Primeline employee in a Primeline truck at our storage facility-and that’s when we found out how crooked they are!! 1. Some guy shows up in a plain white rented truck, not wearing anything identifying himself as a “Primeline” employee 2. My husband opens the door to our storage unit-first thing the guy says is “It’s going to be another $1000”! He hadn’t even put ONE SINGLE THING in the truck!! 3. Instead of delivering our belongings to our new home as we were told-they were taken to a warehouse in LAS VEGAS!! My husband tried to contest but the guy didn’t care! Meanwhile I was in Idaho trying to call and get answers, but I kept getting put on hold and hung up on!! When I finally spoke with someone they told me our belongings had to sit in their warehouse until there was another delivery by us!! We were NEVER told any of that!! Then the next Monday a supervisor told us our belongings were being loaded on a truck and we’d have them in a few days, and to call dispatch the next day for an exact day and time of delivery. So that next day we did-and waited for a call back-but no one ever called. Our belongings were picked up on April 15, 2024 and they weren’t delivered to us until May 7, 2024. All of our boxes had been opened and gone through, as well as our bins. We have several things missing, including jewelry, antiques, collectibles and even odd things like lids to pots and pans, lamp shades, the leaf to our kitchen table. We also have several things that are broken, furniture, our computer, a tv. We tried to file a claim with their insurance but it doesn’t go anywhere. The young man who delivered our belongings was the only employee who was honest and respectful. Again-STAY AWAY FROM PRIMELINE VAN LINES!!!
