Team members are honest!

GE replaced a defective fridge that was only 13 months old. Jonathan and Humberto from Plant City, Florida did a good job. They called 30-minutes prior to arrival. Both were professional and friendly. Removal of old fridge and install of new fridge went very well. No issues of any kind. They made sure all shelves were installed in new fridge, hooked up water line and gave me clear instructions on water line and ice maker. They cleaned the floor after the removal of the old fridge and cleared the dirty water from the water line. After seeing all the negative reviews I was honestly a little worried. But I see there are more than one location for Pride Delivery Service and the crew from Plant City, FL did a good job. Jonathan also mentioned that they only deal with GE and I see some other reviews for other product companies so maybe some of the reviews are for the wrong company.
