The movers at the company worked really hard, especially with the long carries. They called us 24 hours before arriving, and everything went smoothly without any delays. Overall, it was a good experience moving to our place.
The Perfectly Fast Movers were awesome. Unfortunately for them and me, SafeShip was in the middle on this transaction. Normally I would have chased these guys out of my home and demanded resolution of Safeship's issues, but they really were so nice, so professional and worked really hard to get our shipment to its destination. I wish I had worked directly with Perfectly Fast Movers.

Overall great experience! They stayed in close communication and updated us regarding arrival time. Upon arrival they were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with our belonging, made the most of the space in our uhaul and again communicated with us through the process. I would definitely recommend them!!
Moving day was simple thanks to Perfectly fast moving. Dan and Michael packed everything securely, delivered fast, and the price was very reasonable. Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.

These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.
We had Perfectly Fast Moving move us from Texas to Wisconsin and it was an absolute nightmare. The team of movers were very polite and easy to interact with but did an awful job of packing our items. Almost every single piece of furniture was substantially damaged. Some wear and tear from a cross-country move was anticipated, but due to lack of proper care, we had a corner cracked off of our wood dining table top, torn fabric on dining/kitchen chairs, chipped and broken legs on various chairs, torn leather on the base of our couch in various spots. Anything with fabric was also stained due to things rubbing on each other and the moving truck, which is a small complaint in comparison. All of this resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Upon pickup and delivery, we also were charged additional money; I believe around $2,000 because the job was not quoted properly. The bill of lading was also not filled out properly or completely and because of that, insurance has been a nightmare to deal with for a claim. It has been five months and we are still trying to navigate and mitigate the losses. I also want to add that they heavily influenced us to pay the through zelle. When asked why this was, the man we were working with alluded to the fact that it was potentially to avoid additional taxes. Please do not use this company and save yourself the headache, as moving is already stressful enough. I would encourage any vendors to avoid recommending them as well.
