Read More This company is a disappointment. They have no idea as to what the words Customer Service really mean. I don't yelp much, but I found that it was the right thing to do just to let everybody know to stay away from this company.

This company kept changing the time. They also told me that since they did not find workers to do this, they would not charge my bank. I checked my bank account and I was ... Read More This company kept changing the time. They also told me that since they did not find workers to do this, they would not charge my bank. I checked my bank account and I was charged for the delivery even though they cancelled on me two times. Also, if I cancelled this, I would be charged additional. Do not waste your time with this company. I stayed home all weekend waiting and they have not even picked up what I paid for.

I booked Dolly to move a dining room set - table, chairs and china hutch. The movers refused to move the hutch - said it was too heavy. They had no blankets, shrink wrap ... Read More I booked Dolly to move a dining room set - table, chairs and china hutch. The movers refused to move the hutch - said it was too heavy. They had no blankets, shrink wrap or even a dolly to help move it.I had to pay another company to move the hutch and Dolly only offered a $50 refund for my troubles. The movers were clueless.I will never use this app again!

Read More My Sectional couch I purchased was broken literally in half, it was 1500 and called to make a claim, which is 300 max and was told I'd hear back from them. They never called. My bed that was delivered was missing the tracks to keep it together and was left at the store. I texted the driver and he blocked my number immediately after leaving. I highly recommend not using this service. They're legit a nightmare to deal w and I had to hold their hand through everything. It's been far from enjoyable and I'm out a couch and do not have a usable bed frame.

Read More Bought a dresser from bobs furniture outlet and was told they use dolly for the outlet to deliver. I set it up and dolly wanted to reschedule 3 times! I have to now figure out how to pick up the dresser myself or lose 400 I paid for the dresser! Mind you I'm disabled and my husband has a torn meniscus! Never I mean never trust dolly to actually deliver anything!

Read More I bought a bed from a store which was closing soon and had booked Dolly same day pickup. It was a nightmare dealing with Dolly support staff. Once booked and confirmed a timeslot, I waited but no one came. Only upon me calling, they said they can not make that pickup slot and would like to reschedule. I rescheduled and same thing happened. No one showed up. I called again and they said they will reschedule for another day and they dont know when is that day and it can be a week out even. And the at the end I cancelled my order with Dolly as they didn't had a day to confirm when they will deliver.

Three days later, we were charged a 3rd time. I would not use this service again.

Larry's assistance and knowledge were especially appreciated as he was very familiar with how to properly set up our particular bed frame. Much appreciation and thanks to Larry and Mike for a great experience with Dolly.

I booked a 2-person team through Dolly to pick up some dressers I bought through Facebook Marketplace. One person didn't show up. The other mover was 15 minutes late, wit ... Read More I booked a 2-person team through Dolly to pick up some dressers I bought through Facebook Marketplace. One person didn't show up. The other mover was 15 minutes late, with no advance notification he'd be late. We weren't able to complete the move due to the his lateness and a verbal altercation between the mover and a gentleman at the sellers home. I reported the incident and customer service did absolutely nothing to help remedy the situation other than canceling and telling me to go online to rebook. To book another Dolly for later in the day, the prices were higher and Dolly would not honor my original price. I understand that Dolly can't really guarantee the experience as each helper is an independent contractor. HOWEVER, their customer service was appalling. Would not recommend.
