Read More The movers we had were awesome, however, the company Dolly triple charged us. We called to let them know we were charged twice. The customer service rep was a complete jerk and didnt care. Three days later, we were charged a 3rd time. I would not use this service again.

Both Larry and Mike were so helpful and willing to accommodate our needs in moving and placing our very heavy bed frame and mattress. Larry's assistance and knowledge wer ... Read More Both Larry and Mike were so helpful and willing to accommodate our needs in moving and placing our very heavy bed frame and mattress. Larry's assistance and knowledge were especially appreciated as he was very familiar with how to properly set up our particular bed frame. Much appreciation and thanks to Larry and Mike for a great experience with Dolly.

Gave us a window and didn't show up. Tried contacting customer support but the auto messenger doesn't recognize any questions and the phone system hangs up automatically ... Read More Gave us a window and didn't show up. Tried contacting customer support but the auto messenger doesn't recognize any questions and the phone system hangs up automatically with no options. After calling a dozen times I was able to get on hold for half an hour before they hung up on me. I'm not sure this is a real business.

Booked a labor helper and we were running late due to Seattle traffic. Spoke to the helper on the phone and he agreed to wait the extra time since we were on our way and ... Read More Booked a labor helper and we were running late due to Seattle traffic. Spoke to the helper on the phone and he agreed to wait the extra time since we were on our way and not very far. The helper left about 5 minutes later and lied to customer support saying we never spoke - he still gets paid per the service agreement. Shame on your Dolly for not caring about your customers and addressing this loophole in your service. Never using this service again and would definitely not recommend.

Read More I booked a 2-person team through Dolly to pick up some dressers I bought through Facebook Marketplace. One person didn't show up. The other mover was 15 minutes late, with no advance notification he'd be late. We weren't able to complete the move due to the his lateness and a verbal altercation between the mover and a gentleman at the sellers home. I reported the incident and customer service did absolutely nothing to help remedy the situation other than canceling and telling me to go online to rebook. To book another Dolly for later in the day, the prices were higher and Dolly would not honor my original price. I understand that Dolly can't really guarantee the experience as each helper is an independent contractor. HOWEVER, their customer service was appalling. Would not recommend.

Read More Hired to move a very large, heavy armoire from the 3rd floor to the garage. Other than a scheduling snafu, I was more than pleased with their service. The two associates, Deavondia and Tristan, were personable, very careful how they moved this piece, and completely professional.
