Moving day was simple thanks to Perfectly fast moving. Dan and Michael packed everything securely, delivered fast, and the price was very reasonable. Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.

Overall great experience! They stayed in close communication and updated us regarding arrival time. Upon arrival they were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with our belonging, made the most of the space in our uhaul and again communicated with us through the process. I would definitely recommend them!!
These Guys are AWESOME!! They worked hard the WHOLE time. They genuinely cared about my stuff. Peek the Grandfather clock behind them….not a scratch or broken in any way! That is an accomplishment! They were mindful of the walls to be sure not to ding/scratch. Very successful move!! They were very flexible on the time. Originally had it set up to pack/pick up and store for the week and deliver on a Saturday. Thankfully they were willing to power through to complete it all in one day, which ended in a downpour and no power! Very professional and polite. I will be calling them for my next move!!! I can’t thank you guys enough, you guys ROCKED!!
Nightmare. They have me living in an absolute nightmare. I feel like I'm the victim of a stick up as they hold my things for ransom. Continuously changing the charges and refuse to deliver. Lied about the cu ft of my belongings so they could overcharge and then threatened me to throw half of my things out because I had the cu ft they said. I think I know how to do math. At best my items would have been 500 cu ft, not 800 and that was an over inflation. Of course, the Bill of Lading shows 396 cu ft, so there is that. The location of my belongings remains a mystery and the owner (at least he claims to be the owner) told me I could pay an $800 storage fee per month, a redelivery fee (since I "refused my delivery" when they told me they wouldn't deliver my items unless I gave them $2500 in cash on arrival), an administrative fee, and also, of course, the $2500 in cash on top of that...then he hung up on me. I had gone through a company called "Safe Ship" which ended up just subcontracting out to these shady cons, and now I am living in an absolute nightmare with my belongings who knows where. I was paid up in full according to the agreement, and actually overpaid, because my son was the one overseeing the movers and they told him they needed more than was owed then!! So, IF, going by their actual claims of switching my things to a shuttle and needing to adjust the cost because an 18 wheeler wouldn't fit down the roads here (no kidding) I might owe $140...although one person told me $1 per cu ft and one person told me $.50 per cu ft. So...save yourself. I was coming out of Texas, so it's possible it was just shady TX business, but the taste in my mouth for this company makes me want to throw up.
The workers are very efficient and professional. They did a great job packing and moving. They used protections to prevent from damaging our house and furniture. Will use them next time. Highly recommend
These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.
