Read More I went through America first, which is a type of broker and they set up with Pack And Go. It was very high pressured, I am a neurodivergent senior and they rushed everything when Pack And Go finally showed up. They finished packing and we’re not careful at all. they made big huge boxes and stuffed a lot of things in it. When they finally arrived and I was supposed to check off each box, they moved too quickly and went basically in two different directions, making it impossible for me to keep up and mark each box off the problem with that is several boxes never arrived, and I am missing Things at one point one of them dropped wrapped glass shelves that broke, and I didn’t know it till my brother told me later because he heard it and saw it and was hoping the guy would tell him but never did I gave up trying to find the paperwork so that I could put in a claim but I’m here to tell you please don’t use either one of these companies! I still wish I had taken a risk and rented a budget truck where at least all my things would have arrived in a lot safer and in better condition the worst was I had recently paid $300 to fix an antique table which arrived broken. you would do better to hire some homeless people who would more than likely do a better job and at least take better care of things thoroughly disappointed so make sure that you’re there marking each box writing down the little sticker number and then crossing it off when they arrive because otherwise you’re screwed

Read More From the start Pack & Go Movers were so helpful. Worked with Will to get a quote and much guidance and reassurance (we had been in our home 36 years). The day of the move was seamless. Our team (Delto,Mike,Eric,Sean,Milton) were personable, friendly, so efficient and most of all completely professional. They wrapped so much of our furniture we were truly amazed at how well everything will be protected. We are using one of their storage units and hope to get the same team when we move to our final destination. Peter and I highly recommend this moving company.

Every call was answered promptly and every employee was pleasant. Only one broken item and they were very receptive and willing to try to replace or reimburse within just a few days.

When booking the move Mari was quite patient & courteous processing the arrangements. I would use Pack & go again. I put their business card up in my apartment building.
