The first and only time I used it, the owner of the space refused to allow me to remove my belongings, resulting in the contract being extended several months. Just use a regular storage facility and avoid the hassle.

I made arrangements only to be informed later that I didn't have to move. since I had already secured another location- I did move. Host said I could have a refund for the 27 days that were paid. Neighbor said no refund. I guess Neighbor really needs the 117 dollars. Don't trust Neighbor. Don't use Neighbor. unless of coarse you enjoy getting ripped off. Horrible way to do business. if I could give negative stars. I would.

Read More I enjoy working with Neighbor.com. They have found several renters for vacant spaces, make dealing with customers easy and friction-free, are reliable and honest. I have a large farm and the extra income from storage is helpful and wouldn't be there were it not for Neighbor.com. I recommend them to anyone considering who needs space or is looking to rent extra space.

I started to sign up to rent out a space at my house but then realized it actually wasn't available enough so I never finished completing the application. Since that time ... Read More I started to sign up to rent out a space at my house but then realized it actually wasn't available enough so I never finished completing the application. Since that time, I have had numerous phone calls and emails from the company trying to get me to finish the application. I told them to stop calling me and they did, for about a month, then the calls and emails started up again. I originally intended to one day sign up for this, but because of how disrespectful they are, no way. Do not start the process unless you are ready to be harrassed.
