Completely unacceptable! The movers showed up 2 hours late and were visibly unprepared. They didn’t have the right tools and ended up damaging my entertainment center during disassembly. To top it off, they left without even unloading all the boxes. Not recommended at all!
Everyone I dealt with at Nationwide was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Von and Mark, who were the pickup team were fantastic.

Vaughn & Charlie were very professional, friendly, and I was amazed at how thoroughly they packed and secured my belongings. From the first phone call to Nationwide Van Lines, until the pickup was completed, was incredibly efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.
The delivery team was incredible!! Very nice, polite and professional. They had a lot of patience for my special requests and took care of every single piece. Had very bad experience in the past with other companies and was so relieved once the Nationwide team arrived, I felt comfortable and confident knowing they were handling my most valuable belongings.
The absolute worst, they left marks on my wall, the left scratches on my wood floor, they broke the headboard to my bed and broke a decorative statue. When I informed them they said sorry, that's it. Will never use again
I had a great experience with Fernando and Nico they were kind, friendly, respectful, and they made sure they put my things in the truck neatly and I liked that they took their time and was not rushing I hope they be the ones to deliver my things. And Laurie was great with her customer service skills. Thank you guys I will highly recommend. Sincerely, Money
Omg worst choice we ever made so they tell you that they are moving your furniture long distance but they pass it to other companies for a few hundred bucks charging you thousands to ship it when it's much cheaper .He sent 4 guys on one small job and they were garbage .
The guys who showed up to move my belongings are fantastic. The care they took was above and beyond. Highly recommend them
