I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Awesome!
I wanted a moving service that could help both with packing and moving. They arrived with all the boxes and wrapping materials. Each room was packed with care, and the labeling made unpacking easy later. The movers worked quietly, stayed on task, and delivered all things in their exact shapes.

efficient and polite moving company
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.

I would absolutely use them again!
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.

I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.

Very professional and caring.
The guys from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled the move of my brother’s fishing gear to the coast. They packed the rods, boxes, and nets separately. It took six hours from start to finish. They even waited while he checked each crate for missing parts, which made the day less stressful for everyone.

The two-person crew was made up of two nice and helpful people. The things were well packed before they were moved from KS to MO, which made it easy for me to unpack them at my shop. Their team was great, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.
