My previous apartment had tight spaces, and I was concerned that my furniture might be damaged. The movers expertly handled each corner, lifting and rotating the furniture to avoid dents or scratches.
I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!
I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Despite my lack of experience with professional movers, this move was the finest one I've ever done. I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. I appreciated that more than anything else during the whole move.
Very happy with my experience! I was moving out of my parents’ home and into my first apartment. The team didn’t just move boxes – they gave me tips, helped arrange furniture, and even showed me how to stabilize the bedframe on my own. It felt more like guidance than just a service!
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
Rich and his team's treatment of my grandma's piano is something I will never forget. They treated it with the utmost reverence because it was a cherished heirloom. They moved it up the stairs with the grace of a ballet company.
