My move involved a huge dining table. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC wrapped it in blankets and carried it safely through narrow doors. It arrived perfectly.
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! I needed to move a very large and antique wardrobe that had been in my family for generations. They took extra precautions and wrapped it in custom padding and good quality packing material, so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Thanks to how careful they were, it arrived in terrific shape. I couldn’t be more grateful!
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.
The movers showed up on time, got the job done, and handled our possessions with care. Nothing shattered, not even when they put our beds together! Strongly recommend it to everyone.
They provided an initial quote which was very competitive. However, this is due to it lacking most items, which they were informed they'd be moving. They did sub-contract out the project and when things went awry, there were no solutions offered. Once the project is procured, customer service plummets.
Please tell Brett and Joe how much I value their assistance in moving my dad last Friday. The two gentlemen who came to move my grandfather's things were prompt, polite, and careful with his possessions.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition to a new studio space a lot easier than I expected. I am an artist and had several large crates of supplies that needed to stay upright during transport. The movers gripped the crates from the bottom and stacked them securely inside the vehicle. They checked the overhead clearance several times to avoid any bumps. My supplies were unloaded quickly at the destination. These guys are very reliable for specialized moves.
