The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.
My move last week went well. The crew and RICH arrived on time. They were kind and professional from the beginning. They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They carefully wrapped my grandmother's antique china cabinet in shrink wrap and cushioned blankets, which amazed me.
Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.
We needed stuff taken from our house to our apartment, and then some items dropped off at my sister's place nearby. This multi-stop move could have been confusing. Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
