Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

They were very responsive

We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

Everything went smoothly

The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance

I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. I appreciated that more than anything else during the whole move.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.
