I was moving out of a very old house with creaky floors and loose steps. The movers walked carefully, avoided putting extra strain on the weak spots, and warned me about some places I hadn’t noticed before. So professional.
I thought my huge sofa wouldn’t fit through the apartment doorway, but Joe measured it and got it through perfectly without taking it apart.
The crew came to help me move my shop inventory. Shelves, boxes of supplies, and a glass counter were packed carefully. Each piece was delivered and placed exactly where I needed them in the new shop.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
Moving a full commercial kitchen is not easy work. This crew handled the heavy stainless steel prep tables and the industrial fridge with impressive strength.
