Absolutely atrocious! They promised to send an experienced team, but the crew clearly had no idea what they were doing. My leather chair now has deep gouges, and when I complained, they said, “It’s just furniture.” Unbelievable!
I could not find better, more reliable help covering my off-city shift. They've assisted me once before with a moving, and this time, again, they were out of the park to cover the shift.
My move involved 14 cubicles, chairs, and a conference table. The movers took each cubicle apart and numbered the panels, so reassembly was quick. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.
The transfer to our new house was faultless, with rooms quickly sorted, everything placed appropriately, and nothing broken. Their cheap prices and rapid labor made the whole process easy, and we heartily recommend them.
My basement was a clutter fest, and I dreaded the thought of moving all that old stuff. Thankfully, these guys tackled it like champs. They used headlamps to navigate the dim corners and pulled out dusty boxes full of forgotten knickknacks. Not once did they complain. After we loaded everything, they swept the basement to make sure I left it in good condition. The drive to the new place went smoothly, and nothing ended up broken or missing. I appreciated their can-do attitude throughout the entire ordeal.
Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.
