Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. When I got to the new place, everything was labeled, wrapped, and intact. It felt like they took the job seriously, even without me being there during the drive.
When it came time to relocate my grandmother, I called Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for help. We reached out to three different companies, but Jack was most taken with the one whose representative was the most candid. They showed there on schedule, worked efficiently, and left no mess for my grandma to clean up.
They provided an initial quote which was very competitive. However, this is due to it lacking most items, which they were informed they'd be moving. They did sub-contract out the project and when things went awry, there were no solutions offered. Once the project is procured, customer service plummets.
I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.
This company has provided the best service on each of my multiple moves over the years. With remarkable efficiency, the movers got the job done fast.
They were fantastic. Got the job done quickly and safely, no issues at all. Nothing got broken or lost, and they followed our instructions perfectly. Moved our sofa, TV, fridge, and microwave like pros. Super friendly and cooperative. We'll definitely hire them again for our next move.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! The best there is out there! It was my first time hiring their movers and to be honest, I had little to no expectations because of my experiences with others. But they took me by surprise. They were respectful, courteous and prioritized my requirements which truly made me feel valued as a customer. And fortunately, the move went by flawlessly too. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
