I was moving across the country, and the team was excellent at keeping me in the loop. They provided me with a tracking number for the movers and called me once they arrived in my new city to confirm delivery details. I was surprised to find that everything arrived in perfect condition—no dents, no scratches. The movers helped unpack my kitchenware and set up my bed first so I could sleep after the long day of moving. Their service was truly above and beyond.

The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

I wish I could move very easily.
I was quite pleased with my movers' efforts. They were extremely thorough and careful, and they did not hurry anything. They packed my belongings very attentively. I wish I could move very easily.

Most Seamless Moving Process
I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer set was handled. This moving company sent two guys who knew how to disconnect the hoses without making a mess. The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.

They made my move stress-free and seamless
Because I was downsizing from a large house to an apartment, I had to sell quite a few belongings. The movers not only helped me sort through everything, but they also offered great advice on what to pack, donate, and store. With lightning speed and painstaking attention to detail, they labelled every single package. Upon arrival at my new home, they arranged everything so that it would make the most of the area. Their attention to detail made the transition much easier.

Extremely professional gentlemen.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an awesome job for my move. The team was amazing, handling all my belongings with skill and care, including my precious mirror and my grandfather’s rocking chair. They also went the extra mile and helped me set up some of my furniture in my new place. They were fast, efficient, and reliable!!!

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Thanks for the awesome move.
I had to move some gym equipment, including a treadmill and weights. David guided his team, used straps for lifting, and placed everything in the new basement without scratches on the walls. They really knew what they were doing.
