They didn’t stand around or create confusion during the day. It felt like they had done many moves like this before because the whole move stayed under control. The whole shift went smoothly, and the company handled the move in a simple and reliable way.

The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!

Smoothest move ever!
Brett and his crew were punctual, courteous, and professional the whole time. Using blankets and tape, we covered every single piece of furniture. Because the transfer went through more quickly than expected.

Well organized!
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

They were very responsive
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Excellent job!!!
All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.

Cool Guyz.
I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.
