I asked David to help me relocate my home office. They unplugged computers, packed the monitors carefully, and loaded the desk and chair. Everything was reassembled at the new spot, wires neat and working right away.
I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.
Moving from my apartment to a bigger house had me feeling anxious at first, but the movers really helped. The crew packed everything quickly and made sure my electronics were safe. They worked fast but didn’t miss any details. Everything arrived in perfect shape. I’m really thankful for how easy they made the whole move.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an awesome job for my move. The team was amazing, handling all my belongings with skill and care, including my precious mirror and my grandfather’s rocking chair. They also went the extra mile and helped me set up some of my furniture in my new place. They were fast, efficient, and reliable!!!
The movers were friendly and did a good job. They were careful when they put my things in storage after unloading. I've heard great things about them, and I want to use them again in the future!
It's been a long time since we employed movers other than military ones. Rich and his crew moved our 2 bedroom home across town in a jiffy. They worked quickly and kindly. We would use them again if we ever had to relocate!
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! We needed stuff taken from our house to our apartment, and then some items dropped off at my sister's place nearby. This multi-stop move could have been confusing. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC mapped out the route perfectly beforehand. The team executed both drops flawlessly. They were quick at each location and didn't waste any time. Made a complicated day simple.
