The whole team deserves a shout-out. They worked in the rain for a good part of my move and never lost their positive attitude. They laid down runners to keep my new floors clean and carefully wiped down wet boxes before bringing them inside. That's going the extra mile. I was so grateful for their professionalism as they really know how to handle these jobs.
I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer set was handled. This moving company sent two guys who knew how to disconnect the hoses without making a mess. The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.
Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.

Andrew and his team of 4 dismantled my heavy furniture easily and wrapped the pieces carefully in foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
