Pleased with how the movers dealt with my workshop machinery and other equipment when I hired them recently. I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
