Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly.
