WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

They quickly figured out how to disassemble the treadmill, labeling each part and putting all screws in a bag taped to it. They wrapped the lamp in several layers of bubble wrap and boxed it securely. My collection of vintage dishes was carefully packed in crates lined with thick paper, ensuring nothing shifted during the drive. When unpacking, they handled my guitar case as if it were made of glass, placing it gently in the corner I had designated.
