Stay away from this company. I booked services (7/15/24) and cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours later (7/16/24) after realizing they had a 72 hour cancellation policy. I have still yet to get my $690 down payment back.
When it came to packing the moving vehicle, these men were pros. All of my stuff was in excellent condition when we arrived at my new home—much better than I had previously encountered with other movers. I was glad that I picked movers who were concerned about the security of my belongings.

Huge shout-out to Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC! The group managed to move my oversized treadmill and elliptical machine down a narrow staircase without so much as a scratch on the walls. They were also careful to wrap the machines so no parts would get loose or damaged. As someone who values my fitness equipment, I was super impressed. Unloading was quick, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted, so I didn’t have to shift it later. These guys are top-notch.
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

They never dragged furniture across the floor—they lifted everything properly. I also had some tricky stairs at my new place, but they navigated them like pros. Moving day was so much easier thanks to these guys.
