Stolen Deposit w/o Providing Service

They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being picked up. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.

They were very responsive

We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

Awesome!

Exceeded our expectations

I needed to move a very large and antique wardrobe that had been in my family for generations. I looked around a bit and eventually hired a team from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC and they did not disappoint. They took extra precautions and wrapped it in custom padding and good quality packing material, so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Thanks to how careful they were, it arrived in terrific shape. Poor estimate and poor communication

Don’t use!!! Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!
