The crew showed up looking completely unprepared. They didn’t have uniforms, didn’t introduce themselves, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. One of them asked me for a cigarette break halfway through the job. It was clear they weren’t trained professionals.
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
The fact that everyone took responsibility and pitched in made a difficult situation much less stressful. We really appreciate your timely and friendly service and would recommend you to anybody.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
We are grateful that we went with these movers since they arrived on time and worked hard; their professional help made the move easy and stress-free; and their prices were fair considering the quality of service they gave.
Rain started halfway through my move, but the movers kept my stuff covered and dry. They didn't rush or complain about the weather, and once we reached the new place, each item was safe, which I appreciate a lot.
