I don't usually draw attention to businesses that I think deserve it, but I think this one does. My family's transition from NJ to FL supposedly went smoothly because of this.
The movers were very nice and did a great job. Their prices were accurate, and there were no hidden fees.
The movers were extremely careful and ensured that everything was wrapped and carried with great care. Even with some heavy furniture, they didn't scuff a single wall. They asked questions instead of guessing, which I appreciated. I could tell they cared about doing a good job.
I was sure that the relocation would be a disaster because it was raining heavily on the day of the move. But the team showed up with tarps and optimism. I had my furniture packed like priceless artwork, and not a single box got soaked. I could not believe how smooth everything had gone when I dried off in my new spot at the end of the day.
My move involved 14 cubicles, chairs, and a conference table. The movers took each cubicle apart and numbered the panels, so reassembly was quick. At the new building, everything went back together exactly as it was before. I appreciated how organized they kept the process. It saved me days of confusion trying to figure out where pieces belonged.
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! I was so pleased with the packing and unpacking service provided. The movers used high-quality materials to ensure everything was safe during transit. They unpacked everything at my new home with care and organized everything neatly.
Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.
