The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
Absolutely wonderful! Moving day stress vanished when the crew dedicated themselves to their work while displaying positive attitudes. All items received proper packing before the crew expertly loaded and unloaded them without any damage. The staff conducted thorough checks of all rooms as their final step. I intend to suggest their services to every person in my social circle.
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
Brett coordinated my move and made the whole process easy to follow. They explained what their team would do and asked a few helpful questions before starting. I liked how they kept everything clear without adding unnecessary details. Their approach helped the day move along at a steady pace.

Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Ian and Paula, you guys made what seemed impossible, possible!
Our office move involved a lot of delicate equipment, including computers, printers, and monitors. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC took the time to wrap each piece in anti-static bubble wrap and used crates for the larger items. They labeled all the cables and accessories, ensuring nothing was lost during the move. When we arrived at the new office, they set everything up exactly as it had been, making our transition seamless. Their care with our equipment was outstanding, and we were back to work without any downtime.
Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is fantastic! They are now the best in the area for quality and punctuality. They made the effort to rearrange my furniture when I changed my mind, and delivery went off without a hitch.
