Poor estimate and poor communication

It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.

Very happy customer.

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Quick and Effortless!

Faultless service!

Everything went smoothly

Moving a full commercial kitchen is not easy work. This crew handled the heavy stainless steel prep tables and the industrial fridge with impressive strength. My heavy equipment arrived at the new restaurant location before noon. No scratches appeared on the metal surfaces. It was exactly the kind of efficiency a small business owner needs. Stolen Deposit w/o Providing Service

They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being picked up. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.
