All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.

I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name.
