The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

They wrapped the lamp in several layers of bubble wrap and boxed it securely. When unpacking, they handled my guitar case as if it were made of glass, placing it gently in the corner I had designated.
